Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Printed Products

‘Printed products’ refers to any of our books and reports listed for purchase on our site.

Our printed products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 30 days

– The product is in its original packaging

– The product isn’t used or damaged

– You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Virtual Programs & Webinars

Cancellation Policy

Participants/Registrants can withdraw/cancel participation to a Webinar or Virtual Program by notifying Caliber Leadership Systems directly at least two working days (48 Hours) prior to the official start date of a Virtual Program/Online Webinar. In such an event, a letter of credit will be issued towards a future webinar, valid up to one year from the date of issuance. If the attendee cancels/withdraws using only the GoToWebinar cancellation link but does not reach out to Caliber Leadership Systems directly, a letter of credit will not be issued.

If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above-mentioned stipulated time and manner or if he/she fails to attend the Virtual Program/Online Webinar, refund claims will not be entertained. However, in such cases, you will have access to the recording after the webinar has taken place. The recording is available the next day and to be accessed for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.

Note: Caliber Leadership Systems will not be liable for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the approved written refund request.

Full Refund

Caliber Leadership Systems reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Virtual Program/Online Webinar due to insufficient registrations or instructor illness. In such circumstances the attendees will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/program.

Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for the cancelled webinar/program

Note: Refunds for cancellations by Caliber Leadership Systems will be processed within 7 working days of the date of cancellation.
