Caliber offers two core leadership development programs that can be customized to meet an organization’s specific leadership challenges and learning requirements. Both programs as designed for leaders seeking to enhance their impact in their roles and to develop the core skills essential to leading others. 


Taking a whole brain approach, each program provides a series of individual and small group sessions that engage participants in their development as well as holds them accountable for practicing between sessions in order to master the new skills and behaviours. Participants utilize their actual experiences as the basis for applying the new skills and then are required to practice in between sessions, thereby allowing them as well as their managers to see immediate impact from the program.

Program Elements

Step 1. Self-Awareness Building using the Striving Styles Personality System to understand brain organization and its impact on their approach to leadership.

Step 2. Personal Goal Setting to maximize the impact of the program through up-front commitment to outcomes and to further build self-awareness of leadership gaps.

Step 3. Group Coaching Modules conducted every 2 – 3 weeks with pre-work and homework assigned to ensure practice, reflection and accountability for application of learnings from group sessions.

Step 4. Wrap Up and Progress Review to assess ROI,  determine further developmental needs as well as to recognize participants for program completion.

Program Outlines

Leading Performance Foundations

This program focuses on the 6 core skills essential to leading and managing the performance of employees. Modules include emotional intelligence, performance-based leadership, giving feedback and coaching skills. 

Leadership 101 / Leadership Foundations

This program offers a range of modules that develop the skills essential to leading oneself, leading performance, building the team and connecting the team to the business. Our core program includes 10 modules and organizations can choose from our optional modules based on learning needs and performance challenges of the leadership group participating in the program.
