Maximizing Potential Foundations

This Coaching Program is designed to provide individuals with a comprehensive understanding of their personality and brain organization, the innate drivers of their behaviour and how to leverage their style to maximize their potential at work, in their careers and in their relationships.

This program consists of 1, 2-hour session plus the completion of the Striving Styles® Personality Assessment as the basis for understanding brain organization. The coaching session focuses on an in-depth interpretation of their personality style, its implications for talents and abilities, as well as specific developmental needs. 

An action plan with 3 – 4 specific items will be developed to follow through on the key learnings from the coaching.

Performance Foundations

This Coaching Program is designed to elevate the performance of an employee in his/her current role, and/or prepare them to progress to the next step in their career within the organization based on current feedback about their performance in their role or their areas of development.

The program consists of 3, 1-hour sessions plus the completion of the Striving Styles Personality Assessment as the basis for understanding the brain organization and its impact on perfomance. This also provides a foundation for considering both strengths and likely areas for development based on the individual’s personality style.

A specific performance development plan will be created and shared with the direct manager to ensure follow through.

Career Foundations

This Coaching Program is designed to support an individual to define a career plan and roadmap to develop their ability to transition successfully into a new career that allows them to achieve their potential, or to ensure their ability to progress in their career within their organization.

The program consists of 3, 1-hour sessions plus the completion of the Striving Styles Personality Assessment as the basis for understanding the brain organization and innate behavioural drivers of the individual. This also provides a foundation for considering strengths, career satisfiers and dissatisfiers, and barriers to career planning based on the individual’s personality style.

A comprehensive career development plan will be created and shared with the direct manager to ensure follow through.

Mindfulness Foundations

This Coaching Program is designed to support an individual to learn and master key mindfulness techniques and practices in order to reduce stress, strengthen mental health, and increase focus.

The program consists of 3, 1-hour sessions plus the completion of the Striving Styles Personality Assessment as the basis for understanding the brain organization and the participant’s challenges in order to determine the best mindfulness strategies. During the sessions, the participants will learn core mindfulness strategies and work through specific scenarios based on their own context. 

A specific plan for continued practice of the mindfulness skills as well as how to respond to triggers will be developed to ensure their ability to continue post-program.
